The mission of the Harbor Village Limited Water Authority is to provide reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective water utility services through local control and responsible stewardship. By self-funding major repairs, infrastructure improvements, and long-term reserve projects, the Authority ensures that critical needs are addressed proactively rather than reactively. Our structure is designed to keep overhead costs marginal while allowing for faster decision-making, greater accountability, and more timely responses than traditional municipal processes have historically provided. Through this approach, we safeguard essential infrastructure, protect the community’s investment, and promote long-term operational resilience.
